Tuesday, May 3rd (the third)

Hello,

The difference between the book and the movie

In the book, the Once-Ler has yellow eyes while in the movie, he has blue eyes.

In the book, you mustn’t knock on the door whereas in the movie, Ted rings the bell.

In the movie, he has a hat while in the book, he doesn’t.

Contrary to the book, there is a chimney at the top of the house in the movie.

Unlike the book, Ted can see the Once-Ler in the movie, with his green gloves and hat

Hello,

The Once-Ler’s story

You mustn’t see the Once-Ler.

You mustn’t knock on the door.

But sometimes on special midnights in August, he peeks out of the shutters and he can tell you the story of the Lorax.

You must put the correct price in a tin pail on the end of a rope.

The Once-Ler will pull up the pail, he will count and tell you the story.

The Lorax CE

Thursday, April 14th

Hello,

The book VS The movie (versus)

In the book, you mustn’t knock on the door while in the movie, Ted rings the bell. And it’s very dangerous!

In the book, you can’t see the Once-Ler whereas Ted sees him.

Ted has the correct price like in the book.

Contrary to the book, the Once-Ler doesn’t count the price in the movie and he doesn’t pull down the tin pail.

In the book, the Once-Ler will tell you the story perhaps while in the movie, he is lonely and old and he wants to talk.

HW for Tuesday 3rd:
