Mavis has got a lovely smile, big blue eyes, small ears, medium-long straight black hair and a small nose.

She‘s not very tall and she is slim.

Franck has got a big smile, a square face, brown eyes, small ears, short black hair and a small nose.

He is very tall and big. His feet are big.

The document is a screenshot from the animated movie « The Lorax ».

In the middle, there is the Lorax. He is an orange creature. He has a thick yellow moustache and thick yellow eyebrows. He has got big green eyes and he is very hairy. He is small and fat like Garfield.

In the background, there are flowers, trees. And behind the trees, there is a shiny river.

Everywhere, there is grass and shamrocks. It‘s sunny and hot.

The Lorax is showing a tree stump in the foreground, on the right. We think he is saying: « Oh no, the tree is cut! Who did this? »

A comedy of repetitions

Chris is always a loser. He fails all the time.

He gets $25 dollars to buy his leather jacket, but it is more expensive. He must save his money in his piggy bank.

When he can buy his jacket, the discount is finished… it is $100 dollars…! He fails again. He is both disappointed and angry.

At the end, he both succeeds and fails. When he buys his jacket, it is too hot and he faints in the street!

Chris’s final solution

Finally, Chris asks his dad to work with him. But on the 1st day, he oversleeps because it is very early.

He must deliver newspapers in NYC at 3:30 am (in the morning):

He must load the newspapers in the truck, drive the truck and

throw the newspaper in the street.

The job is difficult and tiring because Chris can’t sleep, the newspaper are heavy and it’s cold outside.

But the job is not boring!
