Today, we did a recap of the list of advice from Michelle Obama’s website and we watched her video for the first time without any sounds.

The pieces of Advice from Michelle Obama

People should take the stairs instead of the elevator.

People should walk around the block after a meal.

People shouldn’t sit during TV ads.

Parents should limit TV time, they shouldn’t put a TV in their kid’s bedroom.

People should celebrate special occasions, like birthdays, with a hike, a frisbee match…

The entire family should participate and do the chores.

People should spend time outside with their families.
