The name of this diner is Route 66, it’s a fast food restaurant.
It’s in the US because:
– you must pay in dollars.
– “favorite” is in American English.
– in the UK, they say “chips” while in the US, they say “fries”
– there are many American specialties: burgers, hot dogs, cheesecake…
Route 66 is a very long and famous road from Los Angeles to Chicago.
“Free refill” is when you pay 2 dollars and you can drink again and again for free.
