Today, you did a recap of the first document we studied in this Sequence.
DOC 1: A killer in the street
The document is a drawing.
There are two characters.
In the middle, in the background, there is a shadow. He is holding a knife and he is wearing an old-fashioned hat and a long coat. He looks scary and mysterious.
In the foreground, there is someone who is lying on the floor. I believe she’s dead and the man behind just killed her.
The scene takes place at night because it’s dark, and in a small street.
There’s blood everywhere on the posters on the wall, so we can’t read everything. The police says there were* three women killed in Whitechapel in August and September 1888.
