People should take the stairs instead of the elevator.
People should walk around the block after a meal.
People shouldn’t sit during TV ads.
Parents should limit TV time, they shouldn’t put a TV in their kid’s bedroom.
People should celebrate special occasions, like birthdays, with a hike, a frisbee match…
The entire family should participate and do the chores.
People should spend time outside with their families.
